It’s almost the second half of 2017, yet we can’t get over Sangkap’s Cebu Lechon Sinigang, which we recall every time crave for something crispy and savoury. Their classic flavours and vibrant combinations set them apart, cherry-picking dishes from different parts of the Philippines. We also love the 2 tier portioning for each dish, which allows smaller groups to experience more of their offerings. Yes, we’d love to dine here more often, but their location is far from where we usual, but no worries the management is in the works to expand this concept across the Philippines.
