Established in 2015, The Menu Group (TMG) is a group of passionate young professionals dedicated to developing food ventures that feature creative concepts, and which cater to diverse markets. Since its formation, TMG has been behind concept restaurants, Sangkap by Chef Raymar Reyes and Sobremesa by Chef Benjo Tuason. Sangkap currently has three branches located in Portico Alveo, Vista Mall Taguig, and Ayala Malls Vertis North. Sobremesa, on the other hand, is located at The Sapphire Bloc, Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
In addition to these, TMG is expanding its reach in the restaurant industry with its involvement in management and minor stakes in Ryu Ramen and Curry in Makati City.
To capture a wider scope of the food and beverage industry, the group has also branched into the food court administration of Tower Café at Philamlife Tower, Makati City.
These involvements are made more sensible with its incorporation of Platho, a manpower Services agency that provides qualified personnel to TMG companies.
